Dry Ingredients
1/4 cup Metamucil (original-not sugar free)
2 Tablespoons Ener-G Foods Potato Mix
1 cup Wel-Plan Baking Mix
1 cup wheat starch

Liquid Ingredients
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon olive oil or 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup water (add until liquid measures half load line)

Optional liquid ingredients
1/4 teaspoon egg yolk - 5mg PHE
*1/4 cup beet juice - 10mg PHE
*1/4 cup tomato juice - 10mg PHE
*1/4 cup carrot juice - 19mg PHE

* add to 1/4 cup water to make 1/2 cup total liquid (HALF LOAD LINE)

optional fresh herb
2 teaspoons swiss chard - 9mg PHE
2 teaspoons parsley - 4 mg PHE
2 teaspoons dill weed - trace
(add to liquid ingredients)

Please note: Total liquid ingredients should equal 1/2 cup. For example,
you mad add more egg yolk if you like, less vegetable juice, but the total
liquid should equal 1/2 cup (half load line).
